A true frame-off restoration means the car comes completely apart. The body comes off the frame. Every mechanical and electrical system gets inspected, rebuilt, or replaced. The frame is stripped, cleaned, and properly treated before anything goes back on it. This is the correct way to restore a collector car you want to preserve for decades, and it is the standard we hold ourselves to.
